[Insight-developers] ITKv4 windows failures : factory-win7

I looked at this and reset the git tree for the ITK gerrit checkout. It was
apparently a stale .git/index.lock file:

kitware at FACTORY-WIN7 /c/Dashboards/Client/base/ITK-Gerrit (master)
$ git reset --hard HEAD
fatal: Unable to create
'c:/Dashboards/Client/base/ITK-Gerrit/.git/index.lock':
File exists.

If no other git process is currently running, this probably means a
git process crashed in this repository earlier. Make sure no other git
process is running and remove the file manually to continue.

All fixed now. Next build should be good.
