[Insight-developers] ResampleImageFilter9Test failure on Mingw

Hello,

I am tempted to check in another base line for this failing test:

However the system also has vnl_test_math failing, but it appears to be a minor thing:
Test 163: !isinf(qnan_q)                                        --> **FAILED**

I would be suspicion that the rounding wasn't being performed correctly on the system, if I hadn't previously spend much time on working on ITK's rounding as had confidence that ITK had good rounding tests.

What are the suggestions on how to deal with this one?
