[Insight-developers] Possible problem after FFT changes

Bill,

Hundreds of warning were being generated on my mac icc build. We were pointless generating a library with no symbols. Not creating an empty library was the best corse of action.

I wish we had the InsightApplications on the dashboard today, so see other automatic application builds.

My nightly SimpleITK builds on my mac as fine with the changes, My VS10 Express I am working on with SimpleITK is also fine with these changes.
