[Insight-developers] Many files changed

Hello Developers,

I wanted to inform you of three code changes that will require a alll of the toolkit to be rebuilt.

1) The new FEM framework was added
2) The long discussion about changing the template class implementation filename convention from ".txx" to ".hxx" has been implemented.
3) The change to remove "-" from Module names has also been implemented.
