There has not been a release of ITKv4 yet.  However, in Git, versions are
identified by the SHA hash.  You can see the SHA hash with

git log

or

git show-ref HEAD

You can see the different tags available with

git tag

and checkout a specific tag with

git checkout <tag>

e.g.

git checkout v3.20.0
