[Insight-developers] is the git version of itk version 4

Hi everyone,

as I am new to git, I am unclear as to the version of itk on the current git when you clone it or how do you figure out the version of itk on git.

also, once you built itk with testing enabled , how do run the tests which require parameters, ctest?
