[Insight-developers] SimpleITK dashboard

Hmm, did a test build, and got this error:

[ 57%] Generating CSharpTests/TestMirrorPadImageFilter.cs
error CS2007: Unrecognized command-line option: `/platform:x64'

the results should be up on the dashboard soon.
