[Insight-developers] Warning levels on factory builds

Can we increase the warning level on the factory builds? We encourage
developers to look at the factory builds of our gerrit topics. Yet, in
many cases, we see warning-free factory builds only to be surprised to
see that warnings appear on some dashboard machines the dashboard.

For example, this gerrit topic:

had clean factory builds:
http://www.cdash.org/CDash/index.php?project=Insight&filtercount=2&field1=buildname/string&compare1=63&value1=Review_SignedMaurer&field2=buildstarttime/date&compare2=83&value2=2011-6-28

yet on today's dashboard we see 12 new warnings on many gcc platforms.
