[Insight-developers] Migration Guide Issues

Folks,

As I continue to work on updating ITKApps to ITKv4, I ran across the
ITK_TYPENAME API change. This was while compiling SNAP.

So, I went to: http://itk.org/migrationv4/
Searched for ITK_TYPENAME
Received this hit:
http://itk.org/migrationv4/index.php?action=artikel&cat=3&id=35&artlang=en&highlight=ITK_TYPENAME

A few problems:

0) The migration page does not correspond to the latest migration doc for
this change.
1) The Broken and Sample code snippets are identical. This is a problem with
the original migration xml. How can this be fixed/
2) The gerrit link points to the wrong url:
http://review.source.kitware.com/#change,1752
    Here is the proper url: http://review.source.kitware.com/#change,2620
3) The gerrit change-id is wrong

These migration docs are critical to our customers and we should make sure
they are accurate.
