LIBCPMTD is the static run time library for MS VS.
MSVCRTD is the dynamic dll run time library for MS VS.
Debug Multithreaded (/MTd) LIBCMTD.LIB / LIBCPMTD.LIB
Debug Multithreaded /DLL (MDd) MSVCRTD.LIB / MSVCPRTD.LIB
What CMake generator are you using?
