[Insight-users] Registration : how to begin?

It's hard to know what is going on remotely.
Have you tried to run it through a debugger to see where it fails?
Are you using ITK release 1.0 or a current cvs checkout?

I want to use Mutual Information Registration for PET/CT.=20
I installed itk, I have my two raw volumes and the parameters file is =
