On the Insight home page see the link to the Related Software page...that page
has a link to the Cable Homepage and you can download the binaries from there to
install Cable. Here's the direct link to Cable

I am trying to compile ITK 1.0 with ITK_TCL WRAP enable, but cmake keep
mentioning that cable is not found..
How should I proceed from here?
