Folks,

I've made some enhancements to the level set solver framework: 

(1) Level set based segmentation filters now set their FeatureImage
parameters as a second input to the filter.  This means pipeline updates 
propagate through the FeatureImage.

(2) Code has been added to the sparse field solver to allow
calculation/sampling of propagation (speed), advection, and curvature
terms to subpixel accuracy.  Segmentation filters now interpolate speed
accordingly and give improved results with smoother convergence.

These updates are available in the cvs repository.
