[Insight-users] pipeline VTK to ITK and ITK to VTK

Hi Luis,

1) I'm gonna try this.

2) My VTK pipeline alone works fine but i'm gonna make a clean build of VTK
to be sure.

3) I'm not but I'm sure I should ;o)
