Hi Mathieu,
Thank you very much for your suggestions. I really need such highly valuable suggestions before I proceed.
Btw, what about calling ITK executables directly calling from Java GUI ( instead of building ITK with Java wrapping option) ? (Here, I am not sure about how I can use Java for Visualization though )
Does anybody want to comment more on this ?
Has anybody considered using Java or have already started with/tried Java ?
Has anybody used ( TCL + TK + Java ) Or ( Java + ITK + Java ) Or ( Java + ITK + VTK ) ?

This is also true that, if you plan to use VTK, you can 'hide' the Java
wrapping behind VTK. BTW, I don't know enough about java+tcl/tk, but it
doesn't sound familiar. Anybody comment on that ?
My suggestion would be to use python + wxPython. If you are patient
enough, you can wait for ITK 1.4 which will contain C.P. Botha stuff
about python in ITK. That make it *extremely* easy to use in combination
with VTK.
