[Insight-users] How to write a DeformableRegistration1 paramater file

Hi, everyone,

I want to use DeformableRegistration1 to registration hundreds of biological 
cross sections images, which deform somewhat, so only rigid transform can 
not register them perfectly.

But DeformableRegistration1 need a param file for input. The program seems 
need Reference filename, Target filename, ImageDImension, Elasticity, Result 
filename and WriteDisplacements. I do not exactly in which order the 
parameters be placed in the file, and I do not know the how to setup the 
elasticity, if it be in [0,1]. I try the parameters as follows, but failed:

GrayUnsignedChar-001.mhd
GrayUnsignedChar-002.mhd
1024 768
0.10
Registered_002_001.mhd
displace.txt

Could you give me some examples illustrate how to use the FEM Deformable 
Registration?
