    itkImageViewer.h

is in

    Insigth/Code/IO

Note that this is totally unrelated
to the MetaImageViewer.

itkImageViewer is a minimal viewer
based in GLUT and using the GlutMaster
code available in Insight/Utilities.

This only displays 2D images and may
not be a solution for your actual
problem.
