Hi Zein,

The CMake variable

    CMAKE_BACKWARD_COMPATABILITY

shoule be left untouched, just accept
the default value that is presented.

The variable

         ITK_WRAP_TCL

should only be enabled if you want
to wrap ITK to be used from Tcl.
In that case, make sure that you
first installed Cable and follow the
instructions in

http://public.kitware.com/Cable/HTML/Index.html
