Hi all, I am trying to compile itk (updated today from cvs) using cygwin (brand new installation) on winxp (pro). When I run ccmake (1.6 patch 7) I get the error .../Insight/Utilities/vxl/configure: not found and then CMake Error: VXL configure script failed. I have compiled from this source using linux and VC++ 6. Any suggestions? -brad
