[Insight-users] ITK build for Linux crashes

Hi,

I updated the ITK version on my machine from the CVS repository. My
previous update was a while ago, so I also updated the VTK source, and
rebuilt VTK and ITK.

I tried to run some of the example Applications, and most of the ones I
tried started and soon after crashed. In particular, the
ThinPlateSplines application, that used to work beforehand, now starts
and displays the GUI. But when I enter input and press the "Map
Points" button, it crashes with a core dump.

My system runs RedHat Linux 8.0.



I also noticed that the SampleProject files are missing from the CVS
version. Only the directory is there. I had to get the SampleProject
from the 1.2.0 release.
