I tried to align two 3D datasets with affineTransform as the transform, no matter how I set up the translation scales and other paramters, I either got error messages about "all points are mapped outside of moving image" or there is nothing changed in the moving image. Could anyone give me a hint about how to initialize and tune the parameters? Thanks, Tina
