Here's some brief steps
Create->Checkout Module
in the Checkout Settings tab enter the module name you want
(InsightApplications) and set the path where to store it on you computer
in the General tab enter anonymous@www.itk.org:/insight/cvsroot for
the CVSROOT and for Authentication select
"passwd" file on the cvs server
click Okay and the download should start (you may have to enter the
password the first time)
