[Insight-users] Replies go to list?

The thing is, this came up about a year ago and the consensus seemed to 
be that people wanted it this way.  I forget the reasoning, but it's 
not like people hadn't thought of it.  Perhaps someone who recalls the 
discussion better can explain further.
