[Insight-users] Replies go to list?

I believe the change required would be to insert (or replace any existing
"Reply-To:" with) the line

"Reply-To: <insight-users@public.kitware.com>"

in each message to the list.

But IMO it's better to err on the side of fewer posts to the list
rather than more. ;-)
