Hi Yasser,

Welcome to ITK !

I'm assuming that you are refering to the segmentations
available in our FTP site:

ftp://public . kitware . com/pub/itk/Data/VisibleWomanHead/Segmentations/

This segmentation are the ones used for producing the
cover of the printed version of the SoftwareGuide.

You can see the cover at:
    http://www . kitware . com/products/itkguide . html

And the public PDF file is available at:
    http://www . itk . org/ItkSoftwareGuide . pdf

The pipeline used to segment this images is described
at the begining of the software guide (printed version).
The Latex file with this text is available at
http://www . itk . org/cgi-bin/cvsweb . cgi/InsightDocuments/SoftwareGuide/Latex/Cover . tex?cvsroot=Insight

The source code used for the segmentations is available at
http://www . itk . org/cgi-bin/cvsweb . cgi/InsightDocuments/SoftwareGuide/Cover/Source/?cvsroot=Insight

The file

            SoftwareGuideCover.tcl

is the VTK Tcl script used to render the surfaces.

Please let us know if you have further questions.

Enjoy ITK !

   Luis
