[Insight-users] Pipeline for reading and displaying the Visible Female Head segmented image data

Hi.
 
i am absolutely new to ITK and am at a bit of a loss about the data format in which the Visible Female Head sample segmentation data is stored.
 
Can someone please describe a simple pipeline for loading the segmented images in ITK and generating surfaces out of them for viewing with VTK.
 
Also what exactly is the data format of the segmented data.
