[Insight-users] Image Standard Deviation

Hello,

I would like to know if we have to choose or calculate the Image Standard
Deviation to put as a parameter for Mutual Information or if we have to
calculate it?

metric->SetFixedImageStandardDeviation(fixedSd);
metric->SetMovingImageStandardDeviation(movingSd);
