[Insight-users] configurate vxl with non-native compiler

Hi,

  I tried configurate using ccmake with "export CXXFLAGS=-LANG:std"

  The error in vnl_matlab_read.cxx was gone but the one in 
vnl_numeric_traits.cxx remains:

   Building object file vnl_numeric_traits.o...
   
/space2/Devel/InsightToolkit-1.4.0/Utilities/vxl/vnl/vnl_numeric_traits.cxx:20:74: 
#if with no expression
   make[7]: *** [vnl_numeric_traits.o] Error 1

  Seems that vxl configurator still missing something.
