[Insight-users] About FuzzyConnectedness

Hi,
im working with FuzzyConnectedness.exe application.
Itk require 3D images but what about if ive to work with 2D images? What parameters have i to indicate about
image size? x.y.0 ? x.y.1? and what about seed?

Ive also another question.Does this implementation of
fuzzyconnectedness segmentation work only in the case
of single seed or also in the case of multiple seed?
