[Insight-users] Which version of FLTK to use with ITK?

The documentation states that FLTK 1.1.3 should be used with the ITK.  A
readme file said version 1.1.4 should be used. I seem to be able to get only
version 1.1.5rc2 and higher. Any recommendations as to which one I should be
using at this point in time?
