[Insight-users] Parameter file of FEMRegistration

Hi everyone,

I am trying to register two 3D images using FEMRegistration filter. The 
problem is those two images have different z dimention size value, one  is 
512X512X125, another is 512X512X95. what z dimention value should I set in 
the parameter file? Do I need to resample the images to let them have same z 
dimention size?
