[Insight-users] Parameter file of FEMRegistration

Hi Frank,

In the parameter file, you should set the values
corresponding to the FixedImage. Those are the
ones used to define the FEM Mesh.

You could interpret the FEM Mesh as a black box
Transform that is internally generating a deformation
field for mapping the Fixed image into the Moving
image. The domain of the Mesh is therefore the
Fixed image, and the displacements in its nodes
are used for interpolating a vector field that
indicates how you should move in space in order
to go from one pixel in the fixed image to its
homologous pixel in the moving image.

You don't need to resample your Moving image before
registration.
