I think doxygen does not regenerate pages if they have not changed.  So
there are probably some "old" pages that were generated with different file
mounts.

We'll need to clear the entire doxygen tree and regenerate. It looks like
someone is already regenerating the pages because the page you are referring
to works now and was generated an hour ago.

some but not all of the online documentation pages redirect to 
http://public.kitware.com/. This happens for itkImageIOBase's and all
derived 
classes' documentation, for example:
