[Insight-users] Can not find itkImageToVTKImageFilter

Hi Insight users,

I'm new to ITK, have just downloaded ITK and VTK, and built them as static
libraries. But I cannot find itkImageToVTKImageFilter template class in
ITK.  The ITK I downloaded is InsightToolkit-1.8.1.tar.gz. Please give me 
a hint if you have made successful connection between ITK and VTK. Thanks.
