Hi Weiguang,

The file you are looking for is in InsightApplications (in the Auxiliary/vtk
directory).
You can dowload InsightApplications-1.8.tar.gz from the ITK website:
http://www.itk.org/files/v1.8/InsightApplications-1.8.0.tar.gz
