1.How can I NEW a pointer of itk object by PYTHON?

  For instance, I can new an itkImage like itkImageF2_New(),

  but how about a pointer?

2.What\'s the difference between  Pointer and  Ptr?

3.Where can I find the documentation of using ITK by PYTHON?
