[Insight-users] snap problem

Hi Moti,

I've seen a problem like that occur when the Draw Over Label is set to a
label that doesn't exist in the region of interest. 

If that's the case, setting Draw Over Label to "Clear label" and having
the Active Drawing Label as something other than "Clear label" should
correct the problem.
