[Insight-users] How to use the file for .txx&.h

Hi , all ITK user :
I new to ITK,and have some problem to it.
Now,I attempt to run the 
insight/code/IO/itkRawImageIO.h & itkRawImageIO.txx , 
but i don't know how to compile it in CMake & VC 6.0.

I think it is a simple problem,but it's perplexing me long time.
Have any body give me a hand?
