Thanks for pointing this out.


Yes,
the Author field does not support the
"\and" tag, as the BiBTeX format does.


We just updated the Template for reflecting
this. Simply add the authors separated with
commas and use math superscripts (or symbols)
for linking the authors to their respective
institutions.


We also added an example on how to insert figures,
and how to put equation.

The error with the bib database, that you pointed
out, has also been fixed.  Thanks.



Any suggestions for a better formatting method
are welcome.
