Hi Luis,
I think it's common to give some keywords for an article. However, the
keywords have a strange style.
I have modified InsightJournal.sty, line 787, to try to make it look better:
\newcommand{\keyword}[1]{\it{Keywords:\ #1}}
Again, it's surely not the best thing which can be done...
