[Insight-users] Building CVS Insight Applications

The header vtkTemplateAliasMacro.h is not installed in /opt/vtk.  It
exists in the source tree.  Some files in this install were placed in
what I felt were strange places:
	http://public.kitware.com/pipermail/vtkusers/2005-December/083062.html

I suppose I could try adding this to the includes vtkSetGet.h.
