[Insight-users] Install and use ITK

Hi Victor,

Here is a summary.. You need to read some docuuments: Links below!

1. Download/Install: Download and install CMAKE (cross-platform make). Download, configure, and build ITK. Make sure to disable building examples, shared libraries, and testing.

2. HelloWorld: Build the HelloWorld example in Chapter 2 of the ITK Software Guide.  This is a good test that you set things up properly.
