[Insight-users] A new version of InsightApplications/ImageRegistration2D

Hi Lino,

Thanks for contributing your improvements to this application.

Given that the previous application wasn't really useful, we
simply replace it with yours instead of adding yours as a new
one.

Your code has now been committed into the CVS repository under

         InsightApplications/
                    ImageRegistration2D



The new GUI looks great, and the application worked nicely for
registering both with Mutual Information and Means Squares.
