Hi there,

I have installed the itk and I have runned the EM example without problems.

Now, I have to segment a DP/T2 dataset using EM.

I don´t know how to introduce my float ** image1 and float ** image2 to 
the ITK sample object

I have no idea of how to introduce covariance matrix

and if I have the paremeters back after update call how can I produce 
the mask?

There is any DP/T2 EM segmentation example?
