[Insight-users] multiresolution implementation of the demons algorithm

I have some difficulties with using the multiresolution strategy for the demons
algorihtm. I would like to find a source code example on how to implement the
multiresolution strategy with gaussian pyramid for the demons algorithm.
Is there anyone that can help me ?
