[Insight-users] Got difficulty even to compile the simplest project SampleProject..from a new user

Hello:

 I just "installed" ITK in my computer (Window 2000). I built it by CMake with VC ++ 6 compiler. I checked the built and all libraries are in c:\insighttoolkit-1.8.1-bin\bin\Debug. But I got a huge problem when I tried to cmake the "SampleProject" found in Applications. Based on the tutorial, I should see "ITK_BINARY_PATH" in cache value so that I can direct it to c:\insighttoolkit-1.8.1-bin. But I couldn't get this cache value at all. I even checked Advanced Values.  In consequence, I failed to compile it by VC++6. I tried long time and even played a lot with the CmakeLists.txt but I still couldn't get through. Does anybody can give me an idea? I know it is too naive and laughable question....
