[Insight-users] Doubts to build ITK

Hi,
I am trying to wrap ITK into Tcl using the option
"VTKITK_WRAP_TCL", as described in item 3.3 of ITK
FAQ. 
Using CMAKE I did not find such option when compiling
ITK neither VTK.
Can somenone list the necessary steps to do it?

Setup:
VTK 4.4 (cvs)
ITK 2.0.1
CMAKE 2.0 - patch 6
Tcl/Tk 8.4.6 - Active State
OS: Windows XP
Compiler: free MS VC++ toolkit 2003.
