[Insight-users] fft: power of 2

Hi guys,
 
I wanna compute FFT of each lign of my 2D input image. To do so, I have to set my x dimension of power of 2. There are 2 ways: pad with 0 or scale image to be of coorect dimension. 
 
I used itkResampleImageFilter which, I tought, would scale my image to do of correct dimension. However, when I display itkResampleImageFilter`s output, it seems that itkResampleImageFilter pads each lign of my image with 0 just at the end of the lign. 
 
What is doing itkResampleImageFilter exactly?
