[Insight-users] Homogeneity matrix in VectorFuzzyConnectednessImageFilter

Hello,

i want to use the VectorFuzzyConnectednessImageFilter.
The meaning of the two parameters mean and covariance matrix for each
object is clear. You can set them by calling SetObjectsMean and
SetObjectsMatrix respectively.

However i don't understand the meaning of homogeneity matrix which can
be set by calling SetHomogeneityMatrix.
In doxygen documentation it says you can set the covariance matrix for a
specified object. But that is done by calling SetObjectsMatrix.

So could you please give me an explanation of what is different if you
run the filter with different values of the homogeneity matrix.
