[Insight-users] MDL automatic model building

Hi Matei,

The algorithm we presented in http://dx.doi.org/10.1007/11505730_47 
already uses ITK classes internally. It builds a 3D shape model from a 
set of genus zero meshes according to a simplified MDL criterion. I 
still need some more time for a cleaner code design, but the plan is to 
fully integrate the algorithm in ITK in the coming weeks.
